Our new family sitcom explores life with divorced parents still living in the same house. "Dad Downstairs" is about two divorced parents raising their children, with the backdrop of the couple accidentally living under the same roof again! After their divorce, both parents leased a duplex, and only on moving day did they discover they both rented a duplex in the same house! This show concept will be licensed in cities and countries worldwide, for a variety of shows in each market. Every Executive Producer in different markets chooses their own cast, crew and script. This option grants the licensee the opportunity to create a localized version of Dad Downstairs in their agreed-upon market. This is a deposit only, subject to a further marketing agreement. The option will be applied to the agreed-up

The option will be applied to the agreed-upon license fee. Should no agreement be completed, the amount will be refunded within two (2) business days.
